Benjamin Cleary - Writer / Director / Editor
Benjamin is an Irish writer/director. In 2011 he completed a screenwriting MA at the London Film School. He chose a screenwriting MA to learn as much as possible about storytelling before beginning to direct. In 2012 he won the BlueCat short screenplay competition in Los Angeles. Two short screenplays of his have been awarded RTE/Filmbase funding. Ben's animation script The Great Fall was awarded the Irish Film Board Frameworks funding. It tells the story of a young raindrop's first fall to earth. Stutterer is the first film he has directed.
Michael Paleodimos - Director of Photography
Scientist turned photographer - Michael started shooting stills for magazines like Esquire, Wired, Vogue and Cosmopolitan before heading over to Pulse Films London as a production assistant. Michael moved towards film and now shoots beautiful fashion videos, shorts and commercials.
James Latimer - Foley Artist
James Latimer is an audio professional, music composer and instrumentalist. James is a passionate musician, composing music and creating sound design for Film, Games and Television with custom developed hardware. James was educated in London but is now based in Dublin. His previous work includes sound design and original compositions for NBA, Southbank Centre, Harvey Nicholls, Unilever, Mayor of London.
Elena Isolini - Production Design
Elena is a recent graduate from Westminster Film School’s prestigious Film and TV Course. Throughout her studies she worked as Production designer on a range of projects including fiction and drama documentary both on location and in a studio setting. She took to specialise in Set Design and construction, influenced by Antonioni and Roy Andersson, creating four sets for her graduation film ‘Sunday, At Midnight’ which went onto success at the CineMAiubit Film Festival. Since graduating she has worked as a freelance Production Designer and Art Director on both Short and feature length film projects, Music Promo's and set building for Art installations. In her spare time she also writes and directs her own fiction projects.
Serena Armitage - Producer
Serena Armitage has been in television production for nearly a decade. She spent three years editing trailers for ITV, and is now an experienced Producer and Director of programmes for ITV, BBC and Channel 4 including Come Dine With Me, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories and the BAFTA nominated Paul O’Grady: For The Love of Dogs. She’s drawn to powerful stories and great characters – whatever the genre.
Shan Christopher Ogilvie - Producer
Shan’s life can be divided into stages – before and after Stalker. After picking his jaw up off the floor his course was set – he studied film at University of Westminster, has made over 15 shorts in a variety of roles, filmed concerts and live events, and now directs brand videos for the likes of Vodafone, Citibank and O2. Most recently he’s shot a documentary for Channel 5 on the Moors Murderer Ian Brady, and founded Bare Golly Films with the intention of bringing to life simple, compelling stories, that get to the heart of the shared human experience.
Nico Casal - Music Composer
Nico is a London based pianist and film composer who is currently working on the music of his fourth feature film, a Spanish production called "María y los demás" starring Barbara Lennie, who won the Goya Award for Best Actress last year. Nico has recently composed the music for HSBC´s latest Global campaign which was a finalist at Music and Sound Awards UK 2015 for Best Original Composition in Broadcast Advertising. He has also composed music for Discovery Channel, British Airways, Adidas and Vogue Japan among others. Nico won the award for Best Music in Promotion at the 8th Jerry Goldsmith Awards (June 2013) with the video “MAC, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Gas Natural Fenosa“
Francesca Turner - Costume Designer
Francesca is a freelance stylist and costume designer hailing from the North of England but now based in London. Following her study abroad in Paris and Helsinki, Francesca worked at independent fashion publication Wonderland, where she assisted Grace Cobb and became Fashion Editor of sister publication Rollacoaster. After some time as Junior Fashion Editor of Wonderland, Francesca left to pursue freelance interests in fashion and film, and is now a regular contributor to US publication Flaunt, NOWNESS and Grit.
Gustaf Jackson - Sound Editor & Re-Recording Mixer
Gustaf began working in the live music industry - working at festivals in the UK as well as private events. He then moved into the studio, working with songwriters and artists in London. A few years later he made the jump to audio post production and now works as a Freelance Sound Editor and Re-Recording Mixer.
